Are these blankets printed or woven?

Woven — on a loom, with 100% cotton yarn. This is what makes them heirloom-quality rather than a novelty item. The texture and feel are completely different from a printed blanket.

What's the return policy?

Because every blanket is custom-made to your order, we don't accept returns. However, we stand behind every blanket we make. If there's a quality issue or a production error on our end, we'll make it right — that's the Snuggle Promise.
